Charity event opportunities
The Grosvenor family actively supports charities through their charitable trust the Westminster Foundation, offering their time and also by making facilities available for fundraising events.
Facilities include the Wolf Room and the Long Room at the Courtyard Complex situated in the heart of Eaton Park. These two function rooms can be used separately or in conjunction with each other, and can be set up in a variety of ways to accommodate a range of different events.
The function rooms at the Courtyard Complex are made available directly to registered charities only. No charge is made for their use.
The rooms are available to book throughout the year (excluding August) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, daytime or evening. Duration of events should be no longer than five hours, with evening events starting from 6.30pm and finishing at 11pm latest.
To check availability or for further details, please call the Booking Line on 01244 684409 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
