Eccleston

Thanks to the initial effort of the 1st Duke of Westminster, the architectural excellence of John Douglas and many years of careful management and conservation, to this day, the key villages on the Eaton Estate retain unique charm and character.

Eccleston

Eccleston is dearly loved by its villagers and has won Cheshire’s ‘Best-kept Village’ award many years in a row.

This village includes 96 dwellings, the rather striking and sizeable Church of St Mary the Virgin, a community hall and a County Primary School.

A range of businesses and a registered charity occupy other buildings within and on the periphery of the village.
