HRH The Prince of Wales visited the Eaton Estate village of Aldford. He laid the corner stone of a new Affordable Housing initiative and met the local people. In the evening there was a ball for the Prince's Trust. For the full story please click here.

Central ChesterThe Old Dee Bridge, Handbridge

The Estate’s ownership encompasses a variety of properties within Chester itself including a suburb called Handbridge.  The majority are directly managed from Eaton. 

 

There are a number of high street retail units, a portfolio of city centre office buildings, a mixture of long and short let residential houses, cottages and flats, along with a number of other buildings used for other commercial uses.  Certain buildings and open areas are provided for the benefit of the local community.
