Today, with a constant programme of restoration and improvement, the estate remains committed to maintaining the outstanding architectural heritage of Eaton and its environs. When such properties fall vacant they are brought up to the highest modern standards whilst every effort is made to retain any valuable period features. All work undertaken is therefore sensitive to the importance and antiquity of these buildings and those working on the buildings recognise that in many cases they represent rare and important survivors of key building styles.
The estate is also home to several examples of properties which have been sympathetically upgraded in such a way as to incorporate the latest advances in renewable and sustainable energy. To find out more please visit the Environment pages of the Grosvenor Estate website.
