The Eaton Estate extends to some 11,500 acres in Cheshire, North West England. It encompasses around 450 properties and at the heart of the estate sits Eaton Hall, the principal home of the Grosvenor family.

The Grosvenor family have been based at Eaton since the 1440s when Raufe Grosvenor married Joan of Eaton. As well as 13 tenanted farms the estate’s leasehold properties provide both residential and commercial accommodation.

In 2010 the Gardens are open on Sunday 4th April, Sunday 30th May and Sunday 29th August. Each day starts at 1.30pm and the gardens are open until 5.30pm. Gates open at 1pm for parking only.
