There are 3 booklets that can be purchased from Eaton Estate Office; one about the Gardens, one about the carriage collection and one about the railway.

This year HRH The Prince of Wales visited the Eaton Estate village of Aldford. He laid the corner stone of a new Affordable Housing initiative and met the local people. In the evening there was a ball for the Prince's Trust. For the full story please click here.

Kitchen Garden

In line with Her Grace’s wishes this area is totally organic, with a mixed orchard planted in 1994 and covering nearly half of a two--acre walled garden. In recent years beehives have been added and now the garden produces its own honey. The remainder of the area is used for vegetables, soft fruit in-season and flowers for the Hall.

In addition there is a 100 ft glasshouse to grow peaches, table grapes, figs and many other crops for the kitchen.

Eaton Hall also has a small mushroom house, with oyster and chestnut mushrooms being grown throughout the year.
