HRH The Prince of Wales visited the Eaton Estate village of Aldford. He laid the corner stone of a new Affordable Housing initiative and met the local people. In the evening there was a ball for the Prince's Trust. For the full story please click here.

If you are a registered charity you may be able to use the facilities at the Eaton Estate.

Booking Procedure

1. In the first instance, please email (courtyardevents@grosvenor.com) or call the Courtyard Events information and booking line on 01244 684600. The facilities can be booked for daytime and evening events on Tues, Weds and Thurs except for the month of August when the Courtyard is closed and December which is reserved for carol concerts by application. Please provide your name and telephone number and indicate your preferred dates when sending or leaving a message, together with an outline of the type of event you hope to hold.

2. Once a provisional date has been agreed, write a letter on your charity’s headed notepaper to His Grace, The Duke of Westminster, requesting permission to hold a fundraising event at Eaton Park (stating your preferred dates).

3. If permission is granted, you should receive confirmation in writing within 14 days, together with a copy of the guidelines for holding events at Eaton Park (if you have not already downloaded a copy from this website) and an indemnity form to sign and return to cover your event.

4. Once your event has been formally confirmed an appointment may be made with the Courtyard Manager to discuss the arrangements for the event and room set up etc.
