CASE STUDIES

We recognise the value of long term relationships with our people. By attracting and retaining the best, we improve innovation, decision making and results. In return we offer an open and sociable environment where hard work is the norm and outstanding company, team and individual performance is well rewarded.

Sam
Bricklaying Apprentice

Sam joined in July 2007 having gained 3 A Levels at Christleton High School. He had completed several weeks work experience within Forestry and Office departments and so already had a good idea of how the estate worked.

"University was an option but I wanted to start working. Practical, outdoors work suits me very well and the team here is very friendly and have made me feel welcome."

In the future Sam hopes to become a key member of the Building team and part of the local community.
