Ian Samuel Head of Operations Ian began work at the Eaton Estate in 2000. He brought with him 19 years of experience in the IT industry. For 10 years Ian led the IT and Office Services team. In 2010 he was promoted to Head of Operations and as such now has responsibility for the Security, IT and Office Services functions.
